WOD- Thursday May 30, 2012
so what you see up there is the WOD we did yesterday. i finished with 13 rounds plus some.. aiming for 20 rounds now&#8230; its my second week back into crossfit and lifting after stupid injuries, so hopefully ill get there :)btw: my nutition has been getting better. ive stopped paleo temporarly in order to this something, an experiment as you would, on my body. i&#8217;ll be going through a 10 week lean- mass cycle and so far havent cheated at all this week&#8230; anyways. ive ups my carb intake and protein and fats to 250g/160g/60g carbs/pro/fats ratio.. hopefully after the cycle i will see results and try another experiment.

Okay today i went into the gym to train my benches because they are so weak! i used to bench 205 for 10 reps easy, now 185 is heavy for me :/

The start of an experiment. I love fitness because I’m able to use my body to test theories in the sport. I will still do crossfit but I’m going to test a new method of weightlifting and foods. Here goes ten weeks of mayhem, I’ll blog the methods later, I gotta get to work and finish up pooping… 😉

lately…

ive been cheating on my diet… its not really a diet, i just incorporate more veggies and fruits into my lifstyle and try to cut out sweets and all the sorts, yet lately…. it has not been working at all! FML
